OH MY GOODNESS -- HE LOOKS INCREDIBLE! Totally different than he did when y'all came down for The Smiths' baby shower. Way to go, Jim! What an incredible accomplishment!

I think looking at that huge change it finally sunk into Doug that he needs to get on the bandwagon too. He keeps saying "Dang Jim. Go on!"
