He's melted away,
looks so skinny today,
worked so hard to get slim and trim!

70 pounds in 11 months. What an amazing feat that has taken some amazing dedication.

Proud isn't a big enough word.

    OH MY GOODNESS -- HE LOOKS INCREDIBLE! Totally different than he did when y'all came down for The Smiths' baby shower. Way to go, Jim! What an incredible accomplishment!

    I think looking at that huge change it finally sunk into Doug that he needs to get on the bandwagon too. He keeps saying "Dang Jim. Go on!"
